ION

Here is a little work for the ION Window Manager...

You can read a little article about Ion I published in Linux Magazine France.

Here are two patches that apply to ion-20020207 :

• The first is the one from Alejandro Forero Cuervo, found in the Ion mailing list archives : it's a patch for application placing capabilities to ion.

Now, a Ion-only workspace indicator, highly configurable ;-) : ionwi.
It compiles just like pionwmwi.c above. Its main feature is to display workspaces names instead of numbers (so no need to patch, and should work with devel versions -- untested). Command line options can handle font, text color and text shade... Enjoy :)

• Bindings for my laptop with no need to escape commands for XEmacs and netscape :

The Ion author has also made PWM. He gave up the original PWM and now it is part of Ion. Anyway, I love PWM and I made a PWM page and several patches for it.
