X fonts

Here are 4 fonts based on Artwiz' work :

• snap font.
• snapf font.
• snapcap font.
• snapcapf font.
• snaps font.
• snapf10x20 font.

These fonts are in iso8859-15 encoding. All other fonts are the same as snap except that :

• snapf is a fixed-size font
• snapcap is all in caps
• snapcapf is both
• snaps is all in low case

Here is another font : monaco.

In order to use these fonts, you need to :

• download the font files
• compile the fonts with the command :
  bdftopcf fontfile.bdf -o fontfile.pcf
  don't forget to replace fontfile with the real file name.
• copy the .pcf files to a font directory
• run mkfontdir on it
• if you can modify X11's config, then add the path to it and restart X11.
• else run xset +fp fontdir then xset fp rehash

You may gzip the pcf font.
